KL & KL Investments, Inc. is a licensed building contractor in the State of Utah. The principals
are also licensed building contractors in the State of California
since 1975. KL & KL Investments, Inc.'s specific business is the development, design and construction
of attached and detached residential housing and commercial buildings. While some are build to
suit, others are investment grade for long term hold.
In March 1996, KL & KL Investments, Inc. was formed in Utah and initiated its first construction
project in Orem, UT. Since then, KL & KL Investments, Inc. has successfully completed a number of
projects in Utah which include nine buildings for use by the State of Utah. KL & KL Investments, Inc. and
the principals' other companies have been successful in two very different but dynamic markets. One in
Utah, including South Salt Lake Valley, Utah Valley and Davis County, and the second in Southern California.
